Limited Lifetime Warranty

DEX FINGERLIGHT warrants its products to be free of defects for a lifetime of use except for batteries and bulbs or misuse. We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price should we determine your DEX FINGERLIGHT to be defective. This Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes the Custom Carrying Case, rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a 2-year warranty with proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratched, dents, or broken pieces.
• Damage resulting from contact with chemicals or immersion in liquids beyond the products specifications.
• Products that have been disassembled or modified by anyone other than DEX FINGERLIGHT personnel.
• Products lost to theft.
• Any products returned to DEX FINGERLIGHT without first contacting DEX FINGERLIGHT.
• Any counterfeit or non-DEX FINGERLIGHT manufactured products or products purchased from a non-authorized dealer (i.e., sellers with no official rights to sell or distribute DEX FINGERLIGHT products)

How To Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fingerlight.com with a description of the issue, photograph of the product defect, proof of purchase, and contact information.
2. Receive an RMA Number: If your claim is approved, we will send you an RMA number and a return label. You pay shipping to return the product.  We will pay shipping for the return shipment after inspection and approval.
3. Return the Product: Send the product, along with the RMA number, to the address on the prepaid return label.
4. Replacement: Upon receiving the product, DEX FINGERLIGHT will inspect the item, and, at our sole discretion, repair it or replace it with a new DEX FINGERLIGHT.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MECHANTBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: DEX FINGERLIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT SUFFERED BY THE CUSTOMER OR A THIRD PARTY.

Legal Rights: Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
