Satisfaction Guarantee

As a family owned and operated company, we guarantee the quality and utility of DEX FINGERLIGHT.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in usable condition without damage. Items that have been damaged by the user do not qualify. DEX FINGERLIGHT retains sole discretion to qualify a return for a refund. If you are returning the item(s) due to defects in workmanship, please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

How to Initiate Your Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fingerlight.com with your order number and contact information.
  2. Receive an RMA Number: If your claim is approved for return, we will send you an RMA number and a return label.  You pay shipping to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: Send the product, along with the RMA number, to the address on the return label.
  4. Upon receiving the product, DEX FINGERLIGHT will inspect the item, and, at our sole discretion, refund your purchase price in full, except original shipping fees (if any). It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
