As a family owned Company, we guarantee your satisfaction of DEX FingerLight®. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund, less all applicable shipping charges.

Your item(s) must be in usable condition without damage. Items that have been damaged by the user do not qualify for a refund. If you are returning the item(s) due to defects in workmanship, please refer to our Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

How to Initiate Your Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@fingerlight.com with your order number and contact information.
2. Receive a Reply: If your claim is approved for return, we will send you a return label.  You pay shipping to return the product which is deducted from the refund amount.
3. Return the Product: Send the product to the address on the return label.
4. Upon receiving the product, DEX FingerLight® will inspect the item(s), and at our sole discretion, refund your purchase price, except original shipping fee and return shipping fee. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
