DEX FingerLight® stands behind the quality and reliability of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for its usable lifetime, subject to the exclusions and limitations below. If we determine that your DEX FingerLight® has a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or issue you a refund.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or normal deterioration from age and use.
• Normal reduction in rechargeable battery capacity over time.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alteration, or improper use or maintenance.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or other damage that does not affect product function.
• Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat, fire, or immersion beyond the product's stated water-resistance specifications.
• Products that have been disassembled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than DEX FingerLight® or an authorized representative.
• Products that are lost or stolen.
• Counterfeit products or products not manufactured by DEX FingerLight®.
• Products purchased from an unauthorized seller.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact DEX FingerLight® at support@fingerlight.com before returning the product. Products returned without contacting us first cannot be processed.

1. Contact Us: Email support@fingerlight.com with a description of the issue, a photograph of the defect, and your contact information. Proof of purchase may be required.
2. Receive an RMA Number: If your claim is approved, we will send you an RMA number and a return label. You pay shipping to return the product. We pay shipping for the return shipment after inspection and approval.
3. Return the Product: Send the product, along with the RMA number, to the address on the return label.
4. Resolution: Upon receiving the product, DEX FingerLight® will inspect the item and, at our sole discretion, repair it, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue you a refund.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LENGTH OF THIS WARRANTY.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: DEX FINGERLIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, DIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE PRODUCT SUFFERED BY THE CUSTOMER OR A THIRD PARTY.

Legal Rights: Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
