Both hands stay free for care tasks, and the light aims at the chart or the line instead of the patient's face. There's nothing to clip on or hold in your teeth mid-task.

The housing is sealed and IPX7 waterproof, so it wipes clean with disinfectant between rooms. It also fits over exam gloves.
Will the battery last a full shift?+
About 2.5 hours of continuous use on dim, which covers several nights of rounds since it's only on when you need it. It recharges by USB-C in about 90 minutes.
Does it work over exam gloves?+
Yes. The Griptonite ring bends to fit any finger or thumb, gloved or bare, and goes on and off in a second at the door.
